This beautiful batik dress is completely handmade from start to finish.
The colors are a blue purple undertone with a strong navy blue finish. Measurements are taken with the dress laying flat, not stretched. This style of dress is designed to stretch gently, while it does not stretch out.
*This style is reversible and can be worn with either batik design on the front or back.
Fabric content is soft, high quality 100% organic cotton knit. Care is easy: machine wash and tumble dry in a regular cycle. The dress has already been machine washed several times, so please continue with this method. This handmade batik dress was made to last for years, if not decades with simple care.
Please note the dress sizing runs large.
Laying flat, measurements are :
- 20" across the chest
- 21" at the waist
- 35" skirts out wide at the bottom hem BEFORE the gather
- 47" from shoulder to the bottom hem

Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate $10 for all US orders, which includes tracking.
- Sign up to the Batikwalla email for a free shipping on your first order.
- Shipping is free for orders + $135 (US only) applied at checkout.
- I personally wrap all orders. Most orders are collected by USPS between 2-5 business days - WITH SOME EXCEPTIONS. Delays up to two weeks may happen due to holidays or inclement weather here in Oregon, including rain, due to the handmade nature of this clothing. If you sense a delay, please email for updates on your order.
- Insurance is included for orders over $250. INTERNATIONAL shipping ranges between $15 - $30 for First Class orders, which also includes TRACKING & INSURANCE.
- If you have any questions about your order, please ask for an update and expect a response within 24 hours.
- Batikwalla, LLC is not responsible for orders accepted and tracked into the USPS system.

- Exception - if I have mistakenly sent you the wrong item. Please send me a polite email within 7 days of the arrival of your order and we'll get it taken care of asap.
- If you find your purchase isn't perfect for you, please consider GIFTING your handmade item to a friend or loved one.
- No holds and no custom orders
- Once placed, most orders can not be modified, with the exception of the shipping address if it has not already been shipped, of course.
- In most cases, exchanges are not possible.
- Please respect my time and energy.
- You must send your order back within 10 days of your request. For security purposes, a tracking number is required for all returned packages.
