Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate $10 US, and $15 - $30 for International First Class orders. I will personally wrap and ship your order within 1-5 business days - WITH EXCEPTIONS.  Please allow an extra 7-14 business days for certain batiks I may create specifically for your order.  If you sense a delay, please contact me at victoria@batikwalla.com or through your confirmation notification.

Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with a USPS tracking code. 

All orders are tracked in the USPS system.  International orders include tracking and insurance.  Please recognize Batikwalla, LLC is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been accepted into the USPS system with a tracking code.
