Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate $10 US, and $15 - $30 for International First Class orders. I will personally wrap and ship your order within 1-5 business days - WITH EXCEPTIONS.  Please allow an extra 7-14 business days for certain batiks I may create specifically for your order.  If you sense a delay, please contact me at victoria@batikwalla.com or through your confirmation notification.

Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with a USPS tracking code. 

Please recognize Victoria and Batikwalla, LLC is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been accepted into the USPS system with a tracking code.  Once it's in their hands, the only information I have about the package is the tracking code.
